We were commissioned to undertake the fabrication and powder coating of all window cills, along with window and balcony panel systems, for a large-scale residential development in South County Dublin.

Following an extensive research and development phase, 2.5mm 1050 aluminium alloy was specified due to its excellent combination of structural integrity, workability, and long-term durability.

Working from detailed client drawings, all components were precision-fabricated, finished, and dispatched within a rapid turnaround of five days or less. Each item was completed with an industrial-grade RAL 1035 Matt Pearl Beige powder-coated finish, delivering both a high-quality aesthetic and robust environmental resistance.
